Who We Are

As Maggetti Elam is nearing its thirty-eighth year in business, we continue to maintain an internal culture that values and promotes creativity, accountability and loyalty.  With an integrity-based philosophy, our primary focus is on retaining our existing clients; acquiring new clients through referral is a welcomed result.

Our team-oriented staff take “ownership” of each project, striving for perfection in every aspect.  “Good enough” is not in our vocabulary.  Project size has ranged from 1,000 to over 250,000 square feet.

Our designers offer a variety of talent and experience in both space planning and interiors.  Such experience includes corporate, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, institutional and hospitality design.  Our goal is to match a designer’s talent with the needs and objectives of our client.  Each project is assigned a Project Manager who will continue to act as the client’s single point of contact.

We have been described as readily accessible, creative problem solvers who take initiative and always follow through on commitments.  We hope for the opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities to you.
